Return and Refund Policy

Merchandise purchased directly from Cadenza Music in new condition can be returned for refund within 14 days with the receipt. 

Returns after 14 days or without a receipt will receive store credit.  Refunds for cash (over $20.00) or check will be paid within 14 days by check.  Credit card purchases will be credited to the card used for the original purchase at the time of the return.  No returns on consignment sales.
